Are there any goof tutorials on setting guitar action?

A while back I attempted to lower the action of my Les Paul without any knowledge of what to do, unfortunately I messed up the spacing between the strings and the neck and now it's nothing but fret buzz. Are there any tutorials on resetting the action? Are there any goof tutorials on setting guitar action?
Gibsons are easy to set. Just raise the bridge until the buzzing stops. The bridge towards the small strings is slightly lower then the bass side. NOthing to break when you fool around with the bridge. Use light or extra light gauge on the Les Paul even you want a smooth and responsive action.

What you do is to lower the bass side as low as possible and when it starts to buzz, raise it back up by turning the screw half a turn. Same for the other side. Lower it and when it buzzes, raise it half a turn as well. Are there any goof tutorials on setting guitar action?
yes, their are tons of them on you tube

Just search you tube for a guitar that have a similar bridge and saddles as your guitar. It don't have to be the same guitar.

You might have to set intonation after wards but it is easy to set too

Both can be found by searching you tube

sounds like you might just have the action to low
